Bye-bye bad breath

Nothing is more off putting than being in the company of someone who has an evil smelling breath.
If you suspect that your breath is not at its best - for emergency measures, chew on a coffee bean - this is especially good if you have been eating garlic.
Mint tea is an effective breath freshener so keep a few tea bags in your handbag or in a drawer at work. Parsley is good too.
When cleaning your teeth, do not ignore your tongue. Give it a firm rub (don't be too rough!) to remove the bacteria that accumulates there.
