A bang-on job

The trouble with fringes is that they are inclined to grow too fast and it is a real irritation to have to go to the stylist for just a few snips.
- Slightly dampen your hair and get hold of the masking tape.
- Comb your fringe straight down and place the tape just above where you need to cut it.
- Make sure your hair is not too wet otherwise the tape won't stick and of course if it is too dry the tape may not come off easily!
- Remember that wet hair plastered against your forehead looks much longer than when it is dry and you could end up with cropped bangs which are far too short.
