Make the most of your best attributes
When it comes to choosing an outfit, it is a good idea to hide those parts of your body that are not 100% fabulous. But don’t forget to show off those parts of your body that are absolutely gorgeous.
• Crowning glory
If you have amazingly beautiful locks, flaunt them by keeping your shoulders bare. Go for a dress with thin spaghetti straps, or a bandeau style with no straps at all. Your hair is free to fall all over your shoulders, and frame your face.
• Long and lean neck
If you have an elegant long neck, show it off by wearing your hair up with long earrings, following the line of your neck. Wear a halterneck to draw attention up to your neck, or choose something with a high neckline as you have the long neck to pull it off.
• Sculptured arms and shoulders
If you want to show off sculptured shoulders, wear an asymmetrical neckline, leaving one shoulder completely exposed. If you have beautiful arms without a hint of bingo wings, then go for sleeveless. You can also pull off cap sleeves and cutaway armholes very well as your arms are toned where the sleeve or armhole sits and attention is drawn there.
• Chesticles big and small
If you have been blessed with a bountiful set of girls, then go for a deep v, boobtube dress, or sweetheart neckline. If you have a much smaller chest of treasure, you need less support and therefore can rock halterneck styles or drapery and detail across the chest area.
• Bronzed skin
If you have gorgeously tanned skin, show it off by wearing contrast colours like whites, neutrals or brights. Wear a style that will show off the best parts of your tan. Shapely, tanned legs? Wear something shorter. Stunning, bronzed shoulders? Wear something strapless.
• Milky skin
Got beautiful milky skin like Dita von Teese? Make the most of it by taking cues from the women of Mad Men. Dramatic shades like red, and '50s style dresses emphasize the beauty of your English rose complexion.
• Taught tum
If you have a toned tummy that most women would dream of, go for something that fits snugly over the tummy, or something with cut-out detail on your sides.
• Elegantly waisted
If you have a beautiful slim waist, show it off with '50s style high-waisted styles, or belt your dresses and tops with a slim belt at your waist.
• Hips that don’t lie
If you have shapely hips, go for something that fits snugly over them, such as a pencil skirt. It should fit your wait and hips closely and sit a little above your hips, rather than on your hips.
• Beautiful booty
If you have a toned tush, go for something that fits snugly over your bum, but make sure you have a balance of fitted and looser parts of your outfit. A pencil skirt with a soft blouse would work well.
• Curvalicious
Show off your curves with a cinched-in waist, by belting your dress, to show off the smallest part of your body and the contrast of your curves. A wider belt will work best if you are very curvy.
•
Toweringly tall
If you’re tall, you can pull off different hemlines that shorter girls can’t. Try a handkerchief hemline and maxi dresses.
Dress for the body you have, and you are bound to look fabulous every time.
