How to use white eyeliner

Did you know you can use white eyeliner to make your eyes look bigger, your brows more defined and more? Find out how to use your white eyeliner with this helpful video.

We all know how to use black and brown eyeliner, and some of us might even use navy, but this video will show you why all of us need a good white liner in our makeup kit.

Another nice makeup look using white eyeliner is to draw a line with it just above your usual black eyeliner on your lash line, as in the main picture. This makes the black line really stand out.
