I can't cope anymore. The lying, manipulating, stealing, screaming, swearing, and incessant verbal abuse has me on the verge of a breakdown. She is on meds, but either they're not working or maybe she chooses to be cruel. How do I judge between a genuine Bipolar problem, and just a seriously bad attitude/behavioural problem. All4Women
