Will Breast-feeding Make Your Breasts Sag?
Research has shown that breast-feeding doesn't negatively affect breast shape or volume. During pregnancy, the supporting ligaments can stretch as your breasts get fuller and heavier. This can contribute to sagging after pregnancy, regardless of whether you breast-feed or not. This may become more noticeable after each additional pregnancy, especially if you have large breasts.
Ageing and smoking both reduce skin elasticity. Being overweight can have a similar effect.
To maintain the appearance of your breasts, include physical activity in your daily routine, eat a healthy diet, and don't smoke.

I have had 3 children 3 years each apart so I have therefore given my body enough time to recover. I have also exercised (intensively) up to the week of delivery and have exercised my entire life to date (as in large events such as National level and long distance cycling and swimming). I believe, practice and preach healthy eating.
I breast fed each child (first to 6 months, second to 18 months and third to 27 months) and after each child my breasts reduced a size (originally a C cup) to barely an A.
To add to this I have never smoked, do not take allopathic medication thus stay to as natural remedies as possible and I have just turned 35 so I do not consider myself "aged".
Therefore, in summary, I feel that breastfeeding does change your size and shape no matter how hard you try to maintain them.
